"Vine age has a lot to do with balance and the vines that grew the grapes for our 2022 Riesling are now well into their fourth decade. The King Valley has also been home to many memorable Rieslings, with purity of fruit and harmony between crispness and flavour persistence being hallmarks. We fermented the juice cold and with a very slow yeast to capture the flavours as they evolved, then bottled it only a short time later. You’ll see a fragrant blend of lime, yuzu, cinnamon and young peaches on the nose, with flavours of crisp granny smith apples, grapefruit and a wonderful balanced persistence. It’s young and delicious now but will reward those with patience!" Michael Cope-Williams, Senior Winemaker
