Cellar Hand – Full Time

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Cellar Hand. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cellar procedures, such as transferring of juice and wine, barrel operations, crushing, filtering, pressing, fermentation activities and additions
• Support and maintain compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage all cellar operations duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain cellar hygiene

The Ideal Applicant

• Effective communication and an aptitude to follow closely verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Willing to undertake training as per company requirements
• Able to perform physical requirements of the role
• Previous experience and Forklift License desirable
