Lamb Shank Soup (GFO)

Slow-cooked, fall-apart lamb shanks gently simmered until tender, complemented by hearty vegetables in a rich, savory broth.
Deeply comforting and full of flavor, the soup combines melt-in-your-mouth lamb with slow-developed herbs, root vegetables, and warming aromatics
for a rustic, nourishing dish.

Mushroom pappardelle with pancetta, parmesan and egg (VO)

Silky pappardelle ribbons fold through a rich medley of sautéed
mushrooms and crisp pancetta, their smoky depth balanced by garlic, thyme, and a touch of cream. Each bite is earthy, savoury, and indulgent. Paired with High Country Chardonnay, notes of stone fruit and citrus intertwine with gentle oak, its bright acidity cutting through the richness while enhancing the dish’s creamy, umami-laden finish beautifully.

Espresso pannacotta with hazelnut profiterole (GFO)

Served with our Valley Selection NV Fine Old Tawny

Velvety espresso panna cotta trembles delicately on the spoon, its bittersweet coffee notes balanced by silky cream. A crisp profiterole, filled with light hazelnut cream and draped in dark chocolate, adds indulgent texture and richness. Paired with Museum Cabernet Sauvignon, layers of blackcurrant, plum, and subtle oak complement the dessert’s cocoa depth, while firm tannins create a bold, lingering contrast.
