Spiced Duck Breast, Fragrant Rice, Spring Vegetables, Hoi Sin Glaze

Succulent spiced duck breast is cooked to tender perfection, its rich flavour elevated by a glossy hoi sin glaze that adds a sweet and savoury finish. Served with aromatic fragrant rice and vibrant spring vegetables, the dish is both comforting and elegant. Paired with Valley Selection Pinot Noir, the wine’s red berry notes and silky tannins complement the duck’s depth, while its subtle spice and acidity cut through the glaze, enhancing every bite.

Strawberries and Cream

A playful take on a classic, the natural sweetness of the fruit is balanced by the richness of the cream, creating a light, refreshing finish. Paired with High Country Pinot Noir Rosé, the wine’s vibrant red fruit notes and crisp acidity mirror the freshness of the strawberries, while its dry, elegant profile adds a refined contrast to the creamy texture.
