Tomato, ricotta & corn bread bruschetta with salsa verde

Served with our Valley Selection 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Your Summer taste of season experience begins with lightly toasted housemade corn bread, topped with tomato, ricotta and salsa verde, taking you on a journey of textures that is complemented by our new release 2023 Valley Selection Sauvignon Blanc. The perfect balance of citrus fruit and a racy acid backbone enhances the fresh tomatoes and spicy lime of the salsa verde. A long finish will leave you desiring more.

 

Pepperberry pork sirloin with mint pea falafel, raspberry jus & snow peas

Served with High Country 2022 Shiraz

A subtle pepperberry seasoning encases tantalising pork sirloin, lifted by the mint pea falafel and the tart raspberry jus. Our cool climate 2022 High Country Shiraz elegantly complements these flavours with its ripe mulberry and blackberry fruit, the wonderful fine-grained tannins and a lingering structured farewell.

Lime & passionfruit crumble with coconut biscotti

Served with Valley Selection 2023 Riesling

An explosion of vibrant refreshing lime and passionfruit with the crunch of crumble and biscotti concludes our Summer Taste of Season. These flavours are mirrored in the 2023 Valley Selection Riesling, a vibrant, zesty and intense wine bursting with grapefruit, lemon and lime, delivering a long fine finish.
