Your Autumn Taste of Season experience begins with the rich, smoky notes of cured salmon, complemented by the crunch of the vibrant green beans and creaminess of the herb and citrus sauce gribiche, delivering seamlessly on the palate. Our varietally expressive Valley Selection Fiano, with its aromas of fresh lime, honeysuckle and a hint of tropical fruits, interplays with the savoury elements of the dish to create a memorable wine and food pairing.

Succulent lamb infused with garlic and rosemary, complemented by velvety parsnip puree, earthy king brown mushroom, and sweet beetroot jam. The fresh red and black fruit aromas of the Valley Selection Tempranillo, with its complex oak notes, enhances the savoury lamb, while its balanced acidity and trademark structured tannins balances the sweetness of the beetroot jam.

Dark chocolate semifreddo, Sangiovese poached pear, hazelnut praline

We finish with a luxurious semifreddo of silky dark chocolate richness. The dark chocolate and Sangiovese-poached pear are enhanced by the Valley Selection Sangiovese, with a burst of exotic spice giving way to black cherries and blackberry, polished in texture with fine, persistent tannins, resulting in a standing ovation to your Autumn Taste of Season experience!
