Before you can use your online account, you need to first activate it – to do this, simply email us at wineclub@gapstedestate.com.au and we’ll send you an account invite.
You must set up your online account using the same email address that we use to communicate with you.
You’ll know whether you’ve successfully logged in when you see your name at the top of our website. Once logged in, the wines in our online shop will automatically update with your member discounted prices.
Provided you spend $200 or more in any one transaction, a free delivery option will automatically show up on the shipping methods page in our online checkout.

The only purchases that will show on your online account are those you made via our website's store, or over the phone with the Wine Club team.

Yes, we will know not to send you a second Taster Pack.
Every order that comes through via our website during the Taster Pack period is checked against our current membership list. If we see your name on the list of members who are scheduled to be charged automatically via their stored credit card, we'll remove you.
If we're not sure, we'll contact you to check.
Just make sure you order online before the cut-off date we've given you for changes to your Taster Pack order (this will be in the email we send to you).
Simply complete this online form and we'll upgrade your membership. You'll receive a welcome email reconfirming your upgrade.
For our Elevation and Pinnacle Wine Club Members - wine packs are sent out every three months, in February, May, August and November.
Our Discovery Wine Club Members receive one pack a year in June.

Yes, you can elect to select the wines that we send to you in our regular Taster Packs!
Just let us know at wineclub@gapstedestate.com.au and we'll update your order with your preferred selection.
Please note however that if you don't select your preferred wines by the deadline outlined in the email we send, you will be billed for and sent the default Taster Pack you selected (red, white or mixed).
Yes, you can! You just need to be logged in to your account in order to obtain your discounts. Once logged in, the price of each wine product will be updated automatically.
We mostly use Australia Post and Aramex Couriers. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.
Our delivery partners, which include Australia Post and Aramex, may require you to show identification when delivering our wine. This is to comply with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) and other state-based liquor laws.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) it is an offence: For a licensee to sell liquor to under 18s (Penalty exceeds $19,000); For a person to supply liquor to under 18s (Penalty exceeds $19,000); For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, receive, possess or consume liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).
Delivery times will obviously vary depending on your location and how busy our delivery partners are, although we suggest you allow between 5 and 7 working days. We’ll always endeavour to despatch your wine within one working day of receipt of your order.
Delivery is charged at $15 per 12 bottle case (or part thereof) for the majority of Australia.
Delivery is charged at $35 per 12 bottle case (or part thereof) for Western Australia / Northern Territory (no free delivery)
Members who spend $200 or more receive FREE delivery (excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory). When ordering online, ensure you're logged in to your member account, and this option will automatically show at the checkout.
Yes, you can! You need to advise us when you expect to collect your wine. Wine can be collected from our warehouse (head right after entering our driveway) between 8:30am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
