Bright and refreshing flavours of strawberry, watermelon and pink grapefruit complement a palate that has tension and length. The finish is crisp and slightly savoury with spicy notes. We recommend enjoying this wine with the classic Italian antipasto dish Prosciutto e Melone (prosciutto wrapped rockmelon).
