Senior Winemaker Toni Pla Bou has created a generous concentrated wine from Heathcote, with aromas of blackberry and plum and spicy cedary oak that accompany a rich and generous palate. The 2019 vintage was classical; producing a wine of perfect dimension - ripe, complex and concentrated without being heavy, overripe and mono-dimensional. It pairs particularly well with grilled food, be it red meat, poultry, fish or vegetables.
