Our new release Valley Selection 2023 Riesling is a small batch wine crafted from fruit picked from a single vineyard in the King Valley.
Exhibiting classic King Valley Riesling characters, the nose offers fresh lemon, lime, talc and floral notes. The palate presents a vibrant zesty intense wine with a lively flavour line bursting with grapefruit, lemon, lime and kiwifruit, ending a long fine finish. Enjoy this wine with classic pan-fried silver whiting and a zesty salad.
