Spring has arrived in the High Country, and with it comes one of our most loved traditions, the Gapsted Estate Spring Long Lunch. Spend the afternoon enjoying seasonal flavours, perfectly matched wines, and the company of fellow wine lovers.
Your experience begins with canapés and welcome bubbles, followed by a four-course menu crafted by Head Chef Leon. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with our award-winning Gapsted Estate wines, with our winemaking team on hand to guide you through each pairing and share the stories behind every bottle.
