This quarter, members are the first to enjoy an exclusive pre-release of our High Country 2024 Prosecco, a fresh vintage of a Gapsted favourite, crafted with precision through a season that tested our winemaking mettle. A wet spring gave way to a warm, condensed harvest that wrapped by Easter. Though yields were modest, the fruit was exceptional: vibrant, flavourful and naturally balanced.

This release pours with a lively mousse and a fine stream of bubbles. Aromatics of elderflower and finger lime lead into a palate of pear, apple and preserved lemon, with hints of almond and fresh toast. It’s bright, textured and impressively long, perfect chilled for summer celebrations or paired with buttermilk panna cotta and seasonal fruits
