Our Ballerina Canopy 2019 Chardonnay was a top 5 finalist for Best Chardonnay of 2022.
“The wine is vivid light gold with glints of green. The bouquet shows an amalgam of sweet citrus, nectarine, white peach, toast, honey, coffee, French vanilla and a hint of funk. The palate has a primary fruit entry with taught fresh acidity, following onto a malacotic silkiness overlaying textural oak tannins. The wine is full without being broad and elegant without being lacking. It finishes with a satisfying length and freshness.”
Our High Country 2021 Pinot Gris was a top 5 finalist for Best Pinot Gris/Grigio of 2022.
“The wine has a bright champagne hue. The nose shows poached pear and apple, juicy loquat and custard apple. The palate is relaxed, generous and long, without showing undue heat from the higher alcohol.”
