With vibrant notes of wild cherry, boysenberry, and damsons, this Shiraz is beautifully complemented by hints of tarragon, bay, coffee, and roasted almonds. The palate reflects its extended skin contact, offering a dense, seamless texture brimming with fresh berry fruit and a lick of sweetness from the spicy, toasty oak. Generous and structured, it delivers a long-lasting finish that lingers on the senses.
Picked late in the season, the grapes were carefully ripened to perfection, ensuring full berry and seed maturity. After a slow fermentation process and eight weeks on skins, the wine matured for a year in hogshead barrels, crafting a silky, persistent mouthfeel.
