Red, White & Green Bruschetta


Served with our Secret Harvest NV Col Fondo Prosecco

Crisp toasted bread with vibrant, red, juicy tomatoes mixed with finely chopped onions and fragrant basil. Olive tapenade and white creamy bocconcini adds a rich and creamy balance while green peppery roquette and a drizzle of fresh pesto for an herby, nutty finish. Our Col Fondo has inviting lifted florals along with pear and citrus aromas and flavours. Complex layers of honey, walnut and yeast characters complement the dish’s vibrant Mediterranean flavours, making for a refreshing and well-balanced pairing.


Chicken Braciole, Rigatoni & Pecorino Romano

Served with our Valley Selection 2023 Fiano

Tender, rolled chicken braciole, filled with a savory blend of mushrooms, herbs, garlic and pine nut, served with al dente rigatoni and a vibrant, zesty salsa verde. The dish is generously finished with sharp, salty Pecorino Romano, adding a bold and tangy contrast. A hearty, comforting Italian classic with layers of depth and tradition in every bite. Perfectly matched to our Valley Selection Fiano that displays rich flavours and a fine lingering structure.


Ricotta Panna Cotta, Morello Cherry & Pistachio

Served with our Valley Selection NV Pinot Grigio Rose

A luscious, silky ricotta panna cotta, delicately sweet with a creamy texture. Served with a vibrant morello cherry coulis, adding a sweet yet tart contrast that enhances the richness, then finished with fragrant lemon zest and a sprinkle of toasted pistachios for a satisfying crunch. A beautifully balanced dessert that’s both elegant and indulgent. Perfectly complimented by a glass of Sparkling Pinot Grigio Rose, whose crisp acid and delicate fruit notes elevate the dish’s flavour.
