We have left our Pinot Gris on skins to extract more flavour and achieve a lustrous copper pink colour known in Italy as Ramato. The wine exudes aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and exotic tropical fruit. The palate is exciting and bright, with an exhilarating liveliness, juicy red berries supported by a pleasing texture derived from extended skin contact.

"Ramato in style, so coppery in colour. Alpine Valleys, small batch. Pinot Gris is such a chameleon of wine, there’s so much hidden interest in those pretty rose-gold skins. And that’s the case here. It smells of ruby grapefruit, guava, strawberry tart, hibiscus tea, peach. But flavours are ultra fresh and more green in character, with racy, chalky acidity.
