Congratulations to our chef Charles Dunse who has just finished his Cert III in Commercial Cookery!
Head Chef Leon Dammenhayn says: "I am very proud of Charlie completing his apprenticeship. Since he has joined our team his progress has been amazing. He is now working mains station and has really risen to the challenge. Well done chef!"
Charles has really enjoyed working on the diverse cuisines and styles of cooking in our restaurant and has learnt a lot from head chef Leon. We look forward to having Charles on our team next year as he continues his journey, starting the Cert IV in early 2024.
